返品・交換・返金・キャンセルポリシー

当サイトの商品に関する返品および交換ポリシーは7日間有効です。 購入から7日が経過した場合、全額返金または交換はできません。

返品・交換をご希望のときは、商品到着から7日間以内に「お問い合わせフォーム」よりご連絡ください。

返品について

商品が未使用で、受け取ったときと同じ状態である場合のみご対応可です。その場合、手数料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。なお、ダウンロードデータ画像については返品不可です。ご了承ください。

返金について

商品をご返送いただいた後、こちらで受領・検品いたします。返金可能な場合は速やかに返金手続きを開始し、お客様のクレジットカードに10営業日以内に返金処理が行われます。 返金にかかる振り込み手数料はお客様負担となりますのでご了承ください。

交換について

次の場合のみ対応いたします。

• お届けした商品がご注文内容と違っていた場合
• 輸送上で汚損・破損の不良があった場合

交換できない場合

• 商品到着後8日以上経過している場合
• 書き込み、テープで貼った痕跡、画鋲の刺し跡など、商品受け取り後にお客様による汚れや傷がついた場合
• 納品書を紛失した場合
• 当サイトより「交換についてのご案内」メールを送信した日を含め10営業日以内に、該当商品が当サイト宛に返送されていない場合
• なお、一点ものの絵画の返品返金交換は一切受け付けておりません。予めご了承ください。

キャンセルポリシー

本サイトのグッズ販売以外の商品イラストは全て「受注生産品（オーダーメイド」という特性上、ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセル、大幅な内容の変更はお受けしておりません。

イラスト作成にあたり、お客様よりお預かりした写真や資料が、公序良俗に反するものだった場合、著作権肖像権などを著しく侵害していると判断した場合、ご注文をお断りし、返金対応となる場合があります。ご注意の上、ご依頼の際はあらかじめご了承ください。

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
